Impact ceramic liners

Our impact ceramic liners modern design consists of extremely wear resistant alumina ceramic tiles coated in a highly durable elastomer material. The polymer backing reduces noise levels within the plant and is engineered to resist impact and abrasion found in many applications. The polymer backed Ceramic Wear Mats are easily installed by means of bonding directly to steelwork.

Ceramic is available in cubes and hexagonal shaped tiles.

DIRECT BOND / PIPE LINERS

ECI’s direct bond liners comprise of gluing wear resistant alumina ceramic directly to a radial steel backing plate using specially formulated Epoxy resins. Rubber is then placed on the ceramic edges to avoid damage and on the backing plate to proivde vibration and sound dampening support. These liners have proven to work extremely well in pipes and in applications subject to sliding abrasion with little to no impact.

DIRECT BOND APPLICATIONS

Direct Bond is a cost effective method used to glue wear resistant alumina ceramic tiles directly to a steel surface using specially formulated resins. This method has been used for many years and has proven to work extremely well in pipes and in applications subject to sliding abrasion of find grains with little to no impact.
