Profile Cutting

Enduraclad has four CNC profile cutting machines with the ability to plasma cut steel from 0.5 mm in thickness to 60mm thick and Oxy cut steel to 200mm thick.

Our table sizes are

  • 12m long x 2.8m wide

  • 12m long x 3.2m wide

  • 10m long x 3.4m wide

  • 9m long x 3.0m wide

​

All machines use the latest in CNC profile cutting software allowing plasma etching of parts and spot marking for drilled or fabrication marks.

 

The machines have tilting heads allowing bevels in straight lines using both oxy and plasma operations.
